GorillaFIngeRs
I've heard its one octave lower than your tuning freq. It's not personal preference either, subsonic is gonna help you not tear apart your soft parts. I know some guys run without a SSF but they know what they are doing and they are tuned for it. Guest
sub size nor Fs dictate the subsonic set point.

GorillaFIngeRs
http://www.decibelcar.com/menuelectro/119-subsonic-adjust.html Half an octave below tuned freq.... Joe X
Half an octave below tuning frequency, the subsonic filter won't prevent above tuning over excursion if it presents itself though.
fufhubbin
so divide port tuning by 4 ( get the answer then subtract that from the boxs port tuning so half an octave lower would be 34/4=8.5 34-8.5= SET SSF to 25.5HZ is this correct?
