My hdc3s are broke in well and the hccas are 50% or more stiffer. But to the ear even match to the hdc3s as of now. I hope to see them pick up the lows better and get a bit louder in a week or two. Yeeb Posted September 25, 2014 Report Posted September 25, 2014 Had an hcca 10 when I first got in the car audio game. Ran it for a bit then got two skar tens. It was as loud as two skar vvx 10 v2's on the same amp and they're in a ported box. Not very musical. It doesn't sound bad on music. It's really a sub is rather play decaf out of. My cousin just got an hdc3 10 and other than cosmetically it reminds me of the orion a lot. The orion weighs a bit more and was more stiff than the hdc3 but I wish I still had it so we could compare. We run the same amp but in different cars. 8.5/10 on the sub.

Plays 28 up to 45 strong peaks at around 34 to my ears.
