Amplifiers that support .5OHM

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a solid amplifier that can support .5OHM with a output of about 1800-2400w RMS daily for my HDS312's. My set-up is in my signature if you need that info.

Budget is around $500.

Curious if anyone has experience running .5OHM on any one of these amplifiers (SoundQubed 2200.1D, Crescendo S1500.1D, and CT Sound 1400.1D.)

An american bass vfl 120.1 would put you in the 2500-3000w range at .5 ohm which is no problem for it. Mine has been at .25 ohm for a couple months
