And thanks to Steve Meade himself for breathing a lot of life into this thread. That's very motivating. Not to mention all the astonishing builds on this forum which provides some pretty good inspiration. Yes Norway, I live at Setermoen (which is about a ten hours drive north of the Arctic circle, that gives others an idea). Now for a small update. So I spent a lot of time fabricating these to help seal off the wall at the sides as well as give a flush mount of the woofers. They are 22mm birch, but pretty thin in places, therefore i chose to sand and cut stuff carefully by hand. Before: After: Sorry about the glare, it gets fully dark at 1600 here nowadays, so I gotta use a lot of lamps, that kinda screwed with the gopro camera. As you saw they are three separate pieces, and I'm think of wrapping the sides in black fabric and doing som kind of paint job on the little center piece perhaps.
