Is the Stinger battery in back. If so it may not be fully charged causing the drop out.

No I don't have pictures but it was installed at a shop. When I unhook bass amp I have no problems with highs going out. And they have separate grounds plus ground is also ran from the battery to where the amps are located . The battery is under hood it replaced the factory one.

Take it back to the shop and have them check it out

Put your battery on a trickle charger overnight and see if the problem goes away in the morning. I think your Alt is not charging your battery fast enough and once your battery voltage drops your highs amp cuts out.

Do your lights Dim when you hit a bass note?

Something with the wiring is fucked. But unless you can tell us EXACTLY how its hooked up, can't really help.

I will answer your Alt question, though. NO a new alt won't help until you find your cut-out issue and fix it.

Id start with the 4 gauge battery connections, fusing connections, and ground.

Well he is running a 2400 watt rated amp at 2 ohm on stock electrical. Even if it only did 1800 it is more then a stock system can handle. Then he had a 600.4 too. His electrical is severely lacking. Even if connection are all good it is severely lacking.

The ground from the front is off the neg. side of the battery 8gauge Going to the body of the truck where the amps are. The amps are also grounded to the truck in different locations. The focal highs amp has 4gauge stinger wire with stinger fuse holder and battery terminal. The elite1 has 2/0 welding lead wire with stinger 2/0 fuse holder with battery terminal. Both mounted on back wall of truck behind seat. The battery is a stinger 3100 up front and I have a kenwood dnx890 head unit. Also my lights do dim
