Deeznutz Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 Mosley, how do you like the PPI 3 way components? I read the PASMAG review, would love to hear what they sound like. I like my Eclipse SC8264, and I have yet to install my I.D. CX6.2 components, but I am willing to sell them and get the PPI if they are worth it. -Frank

notorious97200 Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 You really don't need rear speakers. I don't understand what amplifier you want to run for the component set. If you're using rear speakers, you need a 4 channel amp. If you're only using the front speakers, a 2 channel amp is good, or a 4 channel bridged in 2. Take a look at knuconceptz : I bought all I could from them, on their eBay store (it's easier for me, as I am overseas). good stuff, right price. 3 300 A fuses : why ? You need Only one for the front battery. You may need 2 smaller ones in front of the amps. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

Mosley_23 Posted November 26, 2014 Author Report Posted November 26, 2014 I bought 3 fuses because ones a extra and one will be used for the big 3 and the other will be for power wire to the Amps. And I'm running a 2 channel amp for just the front speakers and the back speakers will be replaced just to get rid of stock and those will be ran off of the headunit.

Aj11 Posted November 26, 2014 Report Posted November 26, 2014 you might need more lugs, especially if your fuse blocks are ring style. that's 6 for the big 3 plus 2 more for the fuse Holder. 2 more for each fuse block. i think you.have exactly what you need. but trust me, you'll screw one up, make a wire to short, loose one... id pick up a few extra Man. but all in all looks good Man! wish i could help! been 2 months since my last full install, starting to withdrawal a Lil jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
