OrionStang Posted January 6, 2015 Author Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 I feel you all deserve an update. Mom's been getting around alot better lately. She has a nurse come by for a few hours a day, and a physical therapist a couple days a week. My Dad is making sure she drinks plenty of water daily, but her appetite is still very light. She has lost a ton of weight, but Dad and I agree its too much too quick. She is still going to need the surgery on her kidneys, as they aren't flowing as well as they should. There are no stones and no swelling, so the urologist wants to go in and see what is causing the back up. I truly appreciate all you guys well wishes throughout this thing. I don't see the need for any more updates in the near future, as its just the slow process of recovery. But I will let you all know if any major events occur.
