Nick580 Posted January 6, 2015 Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 i covered the inner and outer shell with q-mat and bolted 1/8th inch steel to cover any factory holes then applied more dampening over all that. Word of advice do it overkill the first time and never worry about it again. Also watch out for people slamming the door on your truck because those doors will be considerably heavier, but you will get that satisfying thud when you close it.
