808faka Posted January 10, 2015 Report Share Posted January 10, 2015 how the heck did you get that belt wrapped like that?? i tried before, i have triple mechmans and when i barely got it on like yours, my tensioner pulley was maxed out with zero play... do you know which belt number yours is? sick build by the way. Good question, barely. I think the trick is to put it thru all the way and leave the tensioner last and then slightly force it in. It's a tight secure fit I'll have to hunt down that belt size but your best bet is to call DC Power and ask them directly since I think I threw out the box i mean i got it on but the tensioner pulley couldn't move even a millimeter. i was told the tensioner needs to have some play. o well my belt only sequels once on start up. but i really wanted to route it like you have yours. nice mids n highs too. i have 4 ft1s in my pillars and 4 pwx 8s in my doors, sounds pretty damn good to me. following the build for sure man. Great work so far tho man Other than my windows acting crazy not wanting to roll down after a couple demos you got a lot of space for bass activities, I'm rebuilding the temp wall in March or as soon as weather allows so keep an eye out for that. Sick build, i have a tahoe, maybe someday i will ditch my old school amps and do it big like u.
