After figuring out what I want, He came up with this price....1,710 dollars! Get this...over 550 dollars just in the labor for install. I love this shop, so don't get me wrong. I'm not hating on the shop and they haven't lost my business, But I would like to know how much I would be over paying. Here is everything we estimated. Sorry if it's not zoomed in enough. I think that if the shop is going to help you out after the sale and you think they will install it properly then go for it . Don't listen to everyone say you picked the wrong stuff and you can get better for cheaper from one of the " in brands " . He told me that my head unit should be powerful enough to run the speakers since I'm happy with the volume of my speakers, but just want a richer, cleaner sound. The 8 gauge kit you already have could be used to repull a nice 1/0 kit with a distro block for both amps. RCA's, amp, speakers....all of it could be had on amazon alot cheaper. The problem with shop installs is that most of them don't usually let you bring in equipment for THEM to install. You usually forced into buying their overpriced equipment. In your case though I would really save myself the money on the amp and ditch it. Then down the road you can pick one up online for cheaper and install it yourself.
