Have always like the subs and the Halloween special was too good to pass up. The best part is it only took 15 days from order to arrival! Fi must have prebuilt some or something. Either way, got them mounted. Should have all the wires and terminals tomorrow. The entire wall needs all the holes filled and cleaned then maybe a fresh coat of paint. It is looking pretty broke back at the moment from climbing in and out so much.

db_speakerbox Posted December 2, 2015 Author Report Posted December 2, 2015 Thanks guys! It's wired and playing. Haven't pretty up'd the ported section yet. The secret sauce in the sealed made more of a difference than I thought it would. Maybe for the good, don't know yet. Gonna let the suspension soften up some and do some testing. So far pretty happy. Just have a calculated port in there for now. She def plays low. Right now only clamping 1500w peak total. 500w per sub doesn't move much lol. Will most likely be at the toys for tots show in Lebanon Tn on sunday if anyone here is going.

db_speakerbox Posted December 5, 2015 Author Report Posted December 5, 2015 Thank you. I really like the bolt on terminals. I despise direct leads, and the standard terminals are never big enough. I suppose you could get some adapters like senchez did for terminals but I like this better. May not do much tomorrow, still plan on going to the show sunday. Next few weekends it looks like I'm gonna have to work so may not have much progress til after christmas. Luckily I have a heated shop to work in!

db_speakerbox Posted March 7, 2016 Author Report Posted March 7, 2016 Haven't updated this in a while. Have a new upgrade. Just got the shipment in on Friday. Added a 2nd battery bank and installed amp and new headunit at 1am before the show lol. Currently running at 2 ohm. Its a beast.

What do you run for mids & highs ? (if you have something). black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
