im45pl Posted March 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2015 ok some some pics from this afternoons effort, not as far as i wanted today but oh well, ill get some more done tomorrow so the track saw the stack of mdf and the progress at the very least tomorrow i am getting that wheel arch done. i would like to get the sides and roof done, the floor will wait as i need to run some cables first but that depends on what the wife has in store for me... im45pl Posted March 9, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2015 ok so little updates got the sides done double layered 18mm mdf, ive used around 700 screws ( had a box of 1000 that was missing a few and now dont have many left ) 5 tubes of sikaflex and a fair chunk of glue the roof will get done tomorrow night, then speaker cables wednesday floor thursday... friday night off. just need to confirm the baffle layout then can go from there. there is still much steel angle, fibreglass and body filler to smooth this all out TEAM DC AUSTRALIA My_Build_Log Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
