Bump4life
i wouldnt wire amps to .25 thats asking for trouble. 2 larger amps at a higher impedence will yeild more power at a greater efficiency. if you are limited on money. electrical is usually the most cost to upgrade. i would swap for the subs first to wire at .5 each, then upgrade amps and electrical as necessary Buyer/Seller Feedback Thread: http://www.stevemead...5015-bump4life/ MB C220 153 Trunk Car Build Log: http://www.stevemead...d/#entry1840136 MB C280 Ipad Dash SQ Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194484-bump4lifes-new-benz-tony-c-relay-kit-pictures-ce-electric-audison-front-stage-installed/ My SPL Log: http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 BMW M340 xDrive Stock, for now. akaak
Ya I mean I make plenty of power enough right now. No reason to push my amps so hard to the point where they're very inneficient. I'm just going to upgrade my mids and highs and then build a wall later with 4 15s. kirill007
It's not my point of view, ask any engineer about impedance RISE, he won't know what you are talking about. Impedance is just resistance + reactance. Reactance is dependant on frequency. If you plot the impedance: impedance in function of frequency, you will see there will be 2 peaks. It's called the impedance response. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.

But I'll do some research to see if I should start using impedance response instead if it is the official term used. But thanks for the info. I explained it correctly but was using an incorrect term it sounds like but a common term to this forum.
