Recommended Posts

Hey guys I plan on buying one of these amps and wanted to know what you would recommend? Have any of you guys ran either one of these amps or have any experience with what they put out at 1 ohms. Ill be running 2 MA AUDIO XE 12s off which ever one I pick and then imma get some audiopipe IPIPE 12s later down the road..

OR

Audiopipe-ap15001d

I will have a kinetiks HC600 and two runs of 4 guage in the back near the amps to keep up the voltage.

I can get the audiopipe for about 190 and the Crunch for 20 bucks more what would you do.

LoL @ the 100 amps of fusing on the 2500wrms crunch amp... They must of used sony xplod ratings!

So you think that audiopipe would throw out more than the Crunch at 1 ohm?

from what I read, the audiopipe is a pretty strong amp.

http://audioforum.termpro.com/cgi-bin/ubb/...=3;t=006855;p=0

No idea what the audiopipe is fused at but it will do its power and then some.

The crunch, I dont see that doing 2500watts by 1 @ 1 ohm Peak, let alone rms...

I give that crunh amp 1450 watts rms by 1 @ 1 ohm if your lucky.

Sucks that Crunch is only rating some amps by peak power now... :(

That crunch amp would probably make at least 1,000w RMS @ 1 ohm?
