Switch that run over to positive and I gained .3v. Best way is to experiment with a clamp meter FWIW I've found a great spot to ground to is the strut tower bolts. Then you don't see what I am saying. You don't need front to back ground runs 99% of the time. Period. Ground to f/r strut tower on same side of vehicle and as many + runs as you are able within reason.
