Joe X Posted April 2, 2015 Report Share Posted April 2, 2015 Yes tuning and net volume are verified to correspond to the layout and resulting cutsheet, You will need to round any inner ends of the port and at both ends as peak air velocity @1K is going to be rather high and rounding helps with efficiency, and no 0.75 net is not large enough net to bottom out the sub at the power you intend to run BUT you need to engage your subsonic filter for safe operation. Those numbers are all verified correct? (Tuning and Volume)Cheers That tuning will change depending on placement in vehicle and proximity to the internal panels of the vehicle. So basically, accurate on paper without any compensation for an actual listening environment, but tuning is very unpredictable once installed. Hence why your more educated and reputable designers out there ask for lots of specifics on the vehicle and placement within said vehicle.
