dmel
So Skar amplifiers would be a good brand then? Lets say I bought the Skar T2000.1D it is 2000 rms stable at 1 ohm (1 ch) and it is a 2 ch amp, would I actually bridge both channels together or just leave it open? The t2000.1 isn't a 2 channel amp, it's a mono. I'm not sure how stable their T series is at low impedances, i just know the SK series is stable. dmel
Ahh, it has 2 speaker +'s and -'s is why I thought it was 2 channel, but they are internally bridged into 1 correct?

The two positives are connected internally and the two negatives are connected internally, for ease of wiring. The SK 1200 and SK 1500 i have both have that feature. catch 22
That amp is quite expensive? looking for something within the $300 budgetGot it one ebay for $300. You might want to go used as well if u want anything that's not a pile of shit. $300 is not a great budget for the power you want

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
