Said it needed to go under the back seat of a crew cab duramax. Didn't know it had such a following until i saw this lol His old box Came up with a design and went to town Damn jigsaw decided to have a mind of its own and my other circular is buried in the other garage, new toys! kryptonite Posted March 26, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 Got in the carbon fiber wrap for it, vinyl this time instead of cloth, and got the bedliner cans warmed up Matches the truck damn near perfect! Thanks USPS Time for a test fit, taped her off so i didn't get any wood fibers or dust on the black interior lol She fit ok, needed some trimming though. Driveline tunnel Panels being cut for the subs to mount to, as well as the drop in panel to account for the amp. Amp is mounted to the underside of the seat so i had to make a cutout for it. Subs Test cut with the router to make sure i got the right size whole, fits like a glove! Started sanding for finish work Did some bondo work and filled in the countersunk screw holes with divets, filler primer over Taped off for bedliner application Liner finished, time for vinyl Time to wire her up and get her installed PERFECT! Customer had to leave for vacation before i could get the vinyl cutout done. Front of the box will say DURAMAX in blocky lettering and the amp cut out and the sides will have the Chevrolet logo outline with "Chevrolet" in the center, same font as the front DURAMAX.
