This is the build to get my Sundown X10's hidden under Bis-Kwik! Now a box build that is easy! But hiding 2 X10's and a bunch of Air Ride stuff was a JOB! Sure I could of put the box up top and more than likely it would hit harder but I still like to haul grocery's in this GROCERY GETTER!

Started off I had 2 cheap 10's under there with all my old air ride stuff. Sounded ok but I needed more! Most people have never seen this part of my build cause I did NOT show it off none!

TIME to gut everything and figure this complicated build out!

I went with 2 air tanks this time a 5 Gallon & a 3 Gallon tank strapped together to fit in the spare tire area. Built all my mounting hardware out of aluminium. I'm now running 2 Viair 480c compressors as well.

Time for a box for them Sundown X10's now that I have the space & the Air ride stuff has been moved! 3/4 birch Ply wood with a Plexi-Glass window in the top to see the motors!

While I had the rear floor out I painted the carpet with Duplicolor carpet paint to freshing it up! NO-One makes a carpet kit for a Wagon so this is the factory carpet and is 53 years old so it had some miles on it!

Time to put it in and FINALLY bang!!!!

This is my current set-up! Wait until you see the one I'm working on now it should crush the X10 build!!!!

It is 3/4 Lexan. For it to be no bigger then it is it still get's some flex on it! I would of thought cause of it's size it wouldn't really flex but it does!

Interesting. I'm planning a box with some windows, but they won't be nearly that big so I don't think flex will be as much of an issue. I'm thinking 1" acrylic, because acrylic can be polished if you scratch it and mine will be in the open.

Let me know if you find some 1" for a good price. Every where I looked it was CRAZY high compared to the 3/4"! Don't make no sense at all! I would of rather ran 1" but couldn't find it for a decent price

This is where I'm looking, 12x12 1" thick for $24.59, 3/4" of the same size is $18.49. Best prices I've found.
