The same frequency tone played at the same SPL level is going to behave the same regardless of type of box it came from. Things like line arrays can make sound be more directional, but that's a different topic. aculous Posted April 1, 2015 Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 ...you should google- sound pressure level frequency throw distance (pro audio application) its a mute point in a car. it will travel to the windshield most of the time unless it reflects off something in the car.
