pk222
The infinity amp is the brand infinity. the speakers are mb quart(I think referarance series. Nothing is factory other than the speaker wires. I reread my earlier post about the hu volume. The max is 40. I have it set to the loudest I turn it up to is 30. dbmode2
your ground is not good enough. You say you swapped your factory infinity amp for the skar, are you sure the factory ground in good enough. can we see a picture of your current ground? also amp settings. Also are you sure your factory speakers are 4ohm? get a multimeter out and check the ohm loads at the amp.
RooTxBeeR
Set the gain properly and I'm sure this won't happen again. pk222
One of my rear speakers just blew so I'm thinking it might have been partially blown for a while causing my overhearing problem? I haven't been playing it loud at all since its been overheating. I turned it up because I thought I heard a little distortion and faded it to the rear to find the speaker was done. I ordered some soundqubed components today. I'm going to throw those in my doors and move the current door speakers back to the sails.
