Lakeshow94
Going to be running a ct sounds meso 15 soon. Most of my setups have been around 800-1200 rms so some good 12g has typically been sufficient. Is there a recommendation for speaker wire size for 2000 rms? Also if I were to run bigger wire such as 8g can most terminal cups handle that much current or would I be better off just drilling a few holes for the leads to come out? 1999 Lexus GS 300 Pioneer DEH-80PRS Singer 240 Amp (Will be installed later) Northstar Group 31 & 24 Sundown SCV-4000 Rockford T400-4 2 12" CT Sound Meso CT Sounds 6.5 Meso Components CT Sounds Tropo 6.
bassfiend316
I use 8ga for any sub I install, regardless of wattage and just use bolts through the box for terminals.

As for bolts in the box what do you use to seal the bolts? 1999 Lexus GS 300 Pioneer DEH-80PRS Singer 240 Amp (Will be installed later) Northstar Group 31 & 24 Sundown SCV-4000 Rockford T400-4 2 12" CT Sound Meso CT Sounds 6.5 Meso Components CT Sounds Tropo 6.
