Not saying he was but in this instance they had no real reason to arrest him and they couldn't have possibly known his past just from looking at him walking down the street. Was he a piece of shit? Yeah. Was he pretty much on his way to prison again anyways? Yeah. Does that mean he should have been killed in police custody?
