When i was running ~4k, i only really got a rear batt for power distribution tbh :shrug:

With a solid alt, you'll hold 13v+

With my little 230A 3 phase, i held 13.7+ hot revved, and 13.1 idle hot

Ill be using a 270 amp mechman and an XS 3100

Just make sure you are using a charger to keep your batteries topped off and not to rely solely on the alt to keep them charged.

I used to do that. Wondered why they chilled at 12.7... Now 13.0 with my new charger :)
