CleanSierra
24 8s ported because: more cone area than 4 18s. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Joe X
4 15s ported that will work in about 3.5net, best you can afford. For better feedback you should post pics of the vehicle and measurements.

CstrokerV
if the wood is 1" then you have 16.49 cubes...... so is that 60 across 24 high and 22 deep? my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/142505-small-build-log-4-dc-lvl3-10s-tl-update-link-to-rebuild/ http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/154258-rebuild-6-lvl3-12s-update-small-video-nothing-spectacular/ new build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188181-03-trailblazer-slow-build-8-dc-lvl3-12-m1-motor-m2-parts/
Carnines
Yes I believe. The height and depth are fairly close to eachother. I didn't get exact measurements just rough ones.
firebirdude
24 8s ported because: more cone area than 4 18s. Check your math. It will vary slightly depending on the woofer/dust cap/surround used. But as an example 24 8" DC m3 8's equals 4846.32cm^2 of cone area where as the big boy 18"s would equal 4868cm^2. To top that off, 24 8" subs would be expensive as shit and a pain in the ass to wire by comparison.
