I have 39L x 15h x 33d to play with and would love to use a 8inch port and tune to 34hz any help would be great thanks. One isn't going to cut it, but two should be fine. Joe X Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 So here is a suggestion, likely you will need to build inside firing forward, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 6", figure is just an assembly guide: NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside. NOTE: The slot port in this case fits the most port area possible on the baffle size and is barely on par to the manufacturer's suggested.
