The grill cloth and guides arrived today so I was able to finalize the grills and start on the carpet job on the pillars themselves. I got them both 95% done and I am letting them dry overnight as I decided to use contact cement instead of standard spray glue.

Here is the first panel.

And here they sit drying till tomorrow.

So I got the pillars done and I am thinking about doing a bar style grill over the tweeters the planned ones would just I think look too bulky.

I like the pillars. Are they wrapped or is that just the dried cloth/resin?

I'm too scared to try and do my pillars. I have a hard enough time with my door pods. But it's fun, and a learning experience.

They are wrapped in carpet because I wanted them to be simplistic in nature, not everyone can afford to wrap in vinyl or do a full paint scheme. These were also pillars started by someone else who sold his truck and I bought them to finish them. So I still have my stock pillars in perfect condition, my advice if you wanna try it, hit up a junk yard for a set of pillars.
