Last weekend i tore the baffle off and today did some fiberglassing in the box to add some strength. Tomorrow the hdc4 should be getting sent out for warranty and then i can sell the damn things and buy the sp4's. I may start the baffle tomorrow and this time around will be birch not mdf. dangaranga Posted January 3, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2016 Got the baffle cut and glued together today, only have one sub hole cut atm. tomorrow morning I'll be cutting the second sub hole and port along with possibly mounting up the baffle so i can work on the paint after work during the week. The plan is to do a metallic blue that's a near color match to the truck itself. Then while I'm at school I will fiberglass the baffle to the shell and the truck will be ready for subs once that whole shit show is sorted out.
