Recommendation for frontstage.

With that kind of power i would get a really good set of comps to take the power and keep up with your sub stage.

Herts, Morel, Rainbow and the likes will fit the bill, and yes they'll cost quite a few hundred, they'll be well worth the money investing in quality parts now than to buy lower quality over and over again when it fails.

EDIT: if your budget conscious then the JBL P660c will get loud and take the power the upper end comps can with a little less in quality in sound but still with the same performance a higher end set can do.

Have you ever put 200wch to a pair of comps?

There are not many companies in the budget friendly range that can take that power and sound clear, clean and loud while still taking that amount of power.

With great speakers, you'll want a great amp to power them with, and you have to think of doing this as an investment as you'll have that front stage setup longer than your sub stage, and it keeps giving you a platform to build off of.

The choice is up to you on what brand and model to choose but the higher quality units will be well worth it.

Speakers in the $500 range will do very well for what your wanting to do without going crazy on a budget for comps.
