BoomZoom808
You could use anywhere from 3 to 5 cubes, maybe as much as 6 cubes. The larger you make the box, the more output you will get around the tuning frequency, but it will get more peaky. If it were me I'd probably go with 5 cubes. You are going to have to set your subsonic filter well. How do you know this? Just curious Get a tone generator and run a sweep in the sub freq range 10-80hz at the same volume level through the sweep and you will hear what he is talking about 2010 Mazda 3s 2.5L Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS Knu OFC 1/0 SS Platinum AGM / XS Power XP750 Alpine PDX F-4 / Morel Maximo 5 + Coax 5 IA 10.1 / SSA XCON
Triticum Agricolam
How do you know this? Just curious Which part do you want to know about? The part about output rising around tuning and the output getting more peaky as the net volume increases, that's just what ported boxes do. Joe X
You need to break in the rebuilt sub and get a Dayton DATS or something like it to pull t/s parameters from the sub and then plug those into modeling software.
