Rear Door Speakers SQ?

So this is what I have.

Mids & Highs:
x2 NVX Audio X-Series 6.5s 2 way component speaker sets.
To Connect to..
Soundqubed Q4-90

I have a 4 door jeep. So what if I were to buy a NVX Audio X-Series 5 1/4 component set and another Soundqubed Q4-90 with the idea of having x2 6.5s up front and the 5 1/4 in the back door. Given that idea how much better would it sound in terms of SQ? Ive read here that given the choice a lot of people here ( with more experience than I ) would rather eliminate the rear door speakers. My question is how big of a difference does it make? Can you explain?

I haven't seen sq vehicles with rear speakers and all of my vehicles have rear speakers deleted

OK, I've read about staging and imaging. but what does that do for the people who ride in the backseat? are they able to close their eyes and know where a instrument is coming from? Also Steves Meades Lexus does have rear 6.5s.

How do you go about getting imaging setup when they are not in the mounted location?

If you are truely into Sound Quality ... Chances are you will not have rear passengers in your ride.

If you do, it's from point A to point B. Then you would only be using rear drivers for making noise anyways.

Now then, if you have stage and image accomplished ... rears can be used to add width to your stage and give your vehicle a "sence of presence" of rear ambience for that 5.1 surround ratio if you feel it's missing in your stage and image ...

Btw ... stage and image starts with placement of your midrange ...

Not mids, midbass, or any generic term .......... midrange !!!

Ive read your messages twice. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. I'm taking my time on this because I do care about SQ. I want to be well informed to make the best decisions with the equipment I have or can buy. If it takes me 3 months to save and buy everything before I even build than thats what I am going to do.

How do I know where to place the midrange when I will fabricate the door pods and I won't know where they best sound until the doors and everything is treated.. and the speaker is in?

Rule of thumb when working with placement ... find a way to install for best sound, not looks ...

My guess midrange will be either up on the dash, a pillars, or on the sail panels ...

Mine are integrated into the dash.
