I'll need info before then though as stated before SSN is the easiest & most full proof, but it can be done without, just more info for you to have to go through. I really doubt they would give you what you want. The paid online reports could give you info about someone with the same name. Lots of scams online. They just get your money and search records from various places that you could search yourself for free. They are kinda like a Google for personal info that you get charged to use.
