RedWolf Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 Question. Why not try the sq components?Soundqubed is out of stock, so unless he buys used, or has another source he can not get his hands on them
RedWolf Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 I will admit my bias toward SoundQubed but a better choice for you application may be: http://www.soundqubed.com/2-Way-65-Coaxial-Speaker-Sold-As-Pair_p_250.html You never mentioned how many watts the amp you will be using was, but if you do not want to mount new tweeters this could be the simplest, and best answer for you. Wishing everyone a wonderful day!I was wanting the pro's because a review for the coaxial's said that the pro's were a better speaker for the same price. My amp is a Soundstream PCA2.260 at 260 watts That will make them scream I think. Are you going try to use your factory tweets with them, or are you going to get the TH25's to go with them?

I plan to have this car for no more than a year and the factory tweeters are in a hard-to-get spot. So the stock tweeters are staying in there unless the go out on me 2003 Kia Sedona A.K.A Bob 2 Alpine Type-R 12's @ 2Ohm Pyramid Audio PB3818 @ 2Ohm JVC Arsenal KD-AR565

reedal Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 Unless someone has had both, they won't know how they compare. The only thing I or anyone else can tell you is to listen to them yourself. Find what is in your budget, buy and try them, if it's not what you're looking for, return them. As long as you haven't damaged them, they will be returnable. I did not make it up, there is no bias, it is just a number. OP this is what a QP MR 6.5 looks like next to a stock Mitsubishi speaker.
