Waste of taxpayer money why dont they go after the fuckers in fast lane going 65 who wont move out of the way for traffic They go after whoever will have the bigger fine, traffic cops are mostly used to generate money. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
