bmwking Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 so i recently upgraded to an american bass ph4000MD, I love it, however i smoked on of my subs. I wasnt really happy with the sound i was getting anyway so it's not the worst thing in the world. So now im in the market for 2 12s, dual 4 ohm (i'd like to be able to wire down to 1ohm combined). I have a box that'll yield damn near 2cu ft sealed for each sub. Due to space i would like to utilize this box again. Also I'd like to stay under $250 per sub. This is all going in an e39 wagon. Any suggestions, for speakers not "go ported" or something else that doesnt apply, would be amazing. I havent bought a sub in about 6 years so if i could have the help of you gurus that'd be awesome. TL;DR Need 2 12s, want 1ohm at the amp, 2 cubes per sub sealed, 7" or less mounting depth, less than $500 for the pair Thanks in advance yall

No one can really say if they would be louder than what you had because there are so many variables. Shrink the volume down to the proper airspace for them and you'll be gold.
