Demo402
Can you hook two completely different brand batteries together, for example a high cranking interstate battery for the back and a everstart brand of some kind up front? bighossf150
As long as they are the same type you wont have a problem, I ran 3 xs power and 7 deka batteries in my truck at the same time Used to have a loud truck 2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq 2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s
ChevyBoy95
I run XS and Deka in my truck together. Chemistry is important as well as resting voltages, other than that, you can mix 12 brands together if you really wanted to. Just try not to mix wet cell and AGM. Most of the time as long as the battery types are alike they should be fine to do, as well make sure they have resting voltages are close. If the difference is large could lead to lose of life over time. I had done the research before and if it is a daily driven vehicle mixing things like an AGM and lead cell's should be fine as long as they start and get charged from driving daily.
