I made a post before about similure thing (to which I had a great response) but I have more specific questions this time

Main question is where to buy I am looking at rifle kits from

https://www.palmettostatearmory.com, http://daytonatactical.com (specifically http://daytonatactical.com/collections/complete-rifle-kits/products/ar-15-rifle-kit-complete-with-10-quadrail-no-lower-unassembled), and http://www.ar15-kits.com (specifically http://www.ar15-kits.com/contents/en-us/d47_CARRifle.html)

My worry is the first to have a lot of bad reviews on the web for this or that and the third (at least the mobile site) is a super basic site (something I try to avoid)

Another question would be how cheap is to cheap I'm not looking for something bombproof that will fire 1000+ rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger without any malfunction. I just want something I can use pumptarget mostly but be reliable enough to use as self defence if it ever needs to be

I was told by my local gun shop that I could buy a complete rifle that would fit that bill for 600....but this is also someone that firmly believes a pump shotgun noise will scare off "anyone no matter what"

I was wondering about storing the rifle with the bolt in the open position or out of the rifle (I assume it wouldn't matter but rather be safe that sorry)

What are 3 things that you would suggest anyone spend a little extra on (asside from sites/optics, mags, and had guard)

What are 3 things that you would suggest save money on (asside from chrome plating, secondary bipod, best of the best optics, ect

Sorry for horrible formatting (worse than usual even) but I'm in a doctors office on my mobile but i want to get these typed out before i forget them so I will try to clean it up when I get home

Barrel and trigger are the most important to me. Followed by a good stock. A muzzle break will also mitigate recoil better than any other addition

Oh palmetto state is just slow to ship and customer service isn't the greatest. They got big too fast. I wouldn't buy a parts kit because mine are sourced for particular reason so most of the kits don't work for me.

Palmetto is good can't say on the others.

Primary arms is awesome too, they've shipped all my stuff quickly.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

I just noticed PSA redid their mobile site from the last I looked. In regards to your post, you mentioned for self or home defense, and storage, IMHO in the e entry you have to use your gun in self defense you are going to want as few steps as possible to being able to fire. So storing with the bolt out you might as well just swing it like a baseball bat at the intruders. At the most I would only want to chamber a round and flip the safety. For me I just want to flip the safety and already have one chambered.

i would have it chambered when im around but when im not around or my sister is home by herself for a extended time (shes a nosey bugger and keeps finding my padlock keys) i would like to disable it from being easily used

Gun safe, problem solved.

its on the list but i would like to get something to put in it first (not to mention i dont have room for one or the money for one)

my plan for safe keeping is a locking hard-case locked (read screwed/bolted) to the top shelf of my closet and locked shut with at least one lock but as you have prolly seen (though may not remember) from my post in the security center thread i like to have multiple layers of security
