meade916
i need some real airtight block that can stand the cleveland winters without showing any signs of corrosion even after 10 years of being under the hood these can already survive a "Cleveland winter". Don't need to be "air tight" to do so. Stainless doesn't corrode. The fuses shouldn't either. "Airtight" lmao...ok. Good one. meade916
i need some real airtight block that can stand the cleveland winters without showing any signs of corrosion even after 10 years of being under the hood I was thinking something similar. Will there be a weather-proof/resistant model at any time do you think, Steve? These can get wet without any problem. Not sure what "weather proof" is going to do for you to be honest. I would have no problem using these in a boat so i think your car will be fine. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Broke_Audio_Addict
It's no different than the connections at the battery and the alt, it would take a lot of water to do damage to that and if you got that much water under the hood those fuses would be the least of your worries. 1 Quote That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Simple. I need a fuse holder that is completely air tight if you say you do, then i am sure you do. Even though nobody else does. Since nobody but you does, i probably won't be making one any time soon. Might wanna seal up your engine bay too, make it air tight because there is stuff under that hood that will corrode a lot faster than one of these holders or the fuse that is in it. Just sayin'. I know how you like to BS and waste time though so i am not really taking you too serious right now. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! And just for arguments sake if you carefully apply a good coat of conformal coating or liquid electrical tape on the meter and seal it all in good it will be water proof. Hell...buy one have it shipped to me and I'll do it for you. I've been doing it for years with $300 rc car speed controllers with a 0 fail rate. Edit, I think I quoted the wrong person, this is for Gunnem Edited May 15, 2016 by Wehan
