Ahmed Johnson Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 I am doing it slightly dofferant though. I have a 240 3 phase usalternator on the truck side which will run the truck and my highs amps. And I'm getting a 250 usalternator hairpin strictly for my dd m4a I might do it this way now, lol

Ahmed Johnson Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 I had to bypass my trucks computer for the hairpin. I didn't have to do it for the 275 amp. Right now, I'm charging at 14.8, with my singer it's at 14.4, you don't think I'll have voltage regulator problems?

So taking the highs amps off that (even though it isn't much) will help because I'm only getting a 250 hairpin.
