RainStryke Posted April 18, 2016 Report Posted April 18, 2016 Since you are running 1 alternator and it does not exceed 375A, just one run of 1/0 gauge will do from the front to the back, the rest of the runs will go to the batteries. Your system can pull just over 1000A of draw, so you could run up to 3 runs of 1/0 gauge if you want to utilize the full potential of the front battery. All you need to do from there is externally fuse them and hook them up to your battery bank. BRX1200.4 is 120A, BRX 3016.1 is 250A a piece, X2600.1 is approximately 200-220A.
Fareast1738 Posted April 19, 2016 Author Report Posted April 19, 2016 Thanks really appreciate the info..
MrSkippyJ Posted April 19, 2016 Report Posted April 19, 2016 what else are you going to add? You have more speakers than amplifier channels it seems. Are you also planning another alt? your electrical seems really low for the power you are expecting. ShadeTreeMechanic Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 Make sure you put fuses at the front as well as the back batteries. In the event of an accident, a pinched cable will need to disconnect. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
MrSkippyJ Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 I'm not great at calculating what electrical you will need. But I'm not even sure how you would wire all this speakers to the amps you say you are using. everybodyknowme Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 I calculate 1 run of 1/0 per 2500 watts. So if you have potentially 10K I would say at least 4 runs and yes you may need another alt. BTW - I rock Hifonics all day long. No issues with my setup. It's all in the install and properly powering them because they are not efficient amps. Check out my garage
