What do you think has been affected ? Good or bad? I'm honestly not sure what to expect. I have a theory. I think, it'll be as loud, or louder, at a lower frequency. I can't say for sure, I don't know my sealed res. But by increasing the port length, we have decreased cabin volume. I still got my doubts, wavelenght should change and also cabin gets smaller, many people would think score should drop because you are bringing down the port tuning, IMHO, i think it should get about the same score but been able to play lower . sencheezy Posted September 16, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 16, 2016 Some more updates from over the night! So far, we got the battery rank mounted and secured. We have the batteries in place. I removed all the pre-existing wire for the subs and batteries. We mounted and secured the amp rack support system. Things to do: We have to run and crimp 70 lugs for the subs, and 25 lugs for the top half of the battery bank. I'm using JY Power for the wiring, and SHCA for the terminals. Mount the amp board then mount the amp on top of that. And at that point, everything should be playing.
