If you do not want to fire towards the rear then port up. not sure if you absolutely want to port forward, but i have a buddy that fires forward in a burban and i don't like the way it sounds. still loud but the bass is just, different lol. port up for best alternative. but with 4 18s I'm sure flex will be a bishh to control porting up. Pioneerchuck Posted May 17, 2016 Author Report Posted May 17, 2016 As of right now the truck is getting 1/8" plate steel welded to the roof and floors to solidify them. The tailgate catches fucking hell. Its not just a rattle. The hinges have wallowed out on both the gate and the glass. The tailgate handle is no longer a thing nor is the hardware inside the gate. I thought about a loading wall to take the force off of the actual tailgate itself. Other than that I thought about welding in Rod Stops that will allow the gate to close and latch but give it 1/64th of an inch of travel at the most. Basically making the tailgate rock solid when closed. I can assure you no amount of weatherstripping will help this thing. Lol and if I build a loading wall it will only be as tall as the box. The whole point in not building a wall is still being able to see out the back. When you build a loading wall 2x as high as the box, you might as well wall it off.
