SnowDrifter Posted May 31, 2016 Report Posted May 31, 2016 This is for sub wires right? Take a trip to your local home depot. They have butt connectors there with set screws. Strip. Tighten. Heat shrink done ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
mothra Posted May 31, 2016 Report Posted May 31, 2016 get an 8 gauge butt connector. remove the insulation from the connector. place the wires inside the connector. make sure it's connector that has a dimple in the center. heat the connector and push the solder through the dimple. then heat shrink over. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know
