MOHpro
I tried using my AMM-1 under live power mode but did not get a reading. The display stayed at 0. I followed the instructions exactly. I did not turn up the HU volume to the max undistorted level. Is this what you need to do to get a reading, or should there be a reading at any volume level? Triticum Agricolam
Should get a reading at any level. Maybe you have a loose connection somewhere. Triticum Agricolam
So you have the test leads in contact with the output wires from the amp and one of the output wires running through the hole in the AMM-1? diegoclass2010
I have the same issue.. talked to the guys at d'amore they said it was a update issue.. im gonna be sending mine for an update... i would recommend you do the same
MOHpro
Thanks. Kinda sucks to be inconvenienced and have to send it in for an update. If it is update capable it should have been made with a USB port and came with a USB cable with the update software available on the website so that the owner could download the update themselves. For the cost of the device this would be a fair feature to have provided.

Please contact me at [email protected] i will see about getting you a shipping label. I would like to cover that for you. I know it sucks to get your new $400 toy and have it not work. I would be pissed. I don't even know if it is broke, but let me take care of this for you (test it) and get to the bottom of it. A lot of the time, like 99% it is user error. But electronics will do what they please sometimes. get me that info asap and make sure to include your name, address and when/where you purchased it. I will help you get this taken care of. edit: as for the suggestion of the USB port. If we added that the product might be $500 or more. There is a lot more involved than just cutting a hole in the side and soldering up a port. Besides, they generaly do not need updates by customers therefore do not need that type of accessibility.
