ptcary
Anyone use a Bosch Rotozip? They are in the same price range as a decent router. PTCary 2003 SMD PT Cruiser 2011 Honda CBR 250R 2010 Mazda 3i Sport MY BUILD LOG
Deafdreamz
I have one and hate it i just bought a router because of it. You can use a route for alot of other things too that a roto-zip cant. Amalan
i have a rotozip with the circle cutting attachment and it gets the job done but id much prefer a router. you have to keep pausing while youre cutting a circle in mdf otherwise if you dont, the bit gets too hot and just snaps off. you need to take breaks and let the bit cool off before you can finish so it takes like 10 minutes to cut like a 15in circle. wL<3bass
Worthless for anything that puts strain on the motor I've burnt two of them up within 2 weeks of having them and forget cutting anything more than a tweeter mounting hole without having to turn it off, and let the bit and motor cool. TechSys
I've got the Dremel XPR 400. As long as you don't try to cut the hole in one pass, the bit will last. I usually do it in three or four passes, without pausing. Right now I have to replace the collet (whatever it's called). It broke when I used it to cut out a hole to frame a window. Yes, I put my tools through so much hell, I'm surprised they last Team Pinnacle / Team SouthEastSPL / Team SoundStream / Team GPI / GPI Sales Rep for Florida and Georgia
