Here is the info you need to build it:

All panels (excepts the sides) are 20.5" wide. Everything in blue is all 90 degree joints. The panels in yellow are rotated 1.74 degrees off 90. The four yellow panels joined together at the beginning of the line are all 90 degree to each other, then whole assembly is 1.74 off 90 where it joins to the top panel.
