Unless some one tested them all in a Proper box in your car hard to say to many variables ..

i was between the LIs and the XFLs last winter. I went with the XFLs and have never looked back. now, i have a wagon, subs back, port back, 4cu ft ported box tuned to about 36hz. on a ph4000md theyre beating the piss out of my car. doors shaking, i can see the windshield shaking. i love em. and am getting 2 more to do a c-pillar wall.

If you're still looking you could go with the B2 HN15's. Rated at 1500w RMS each with relatively high sensitivity coming in at 94.5 and they come in dual 1 or dual 2 ohm. The only issue is that they're a bit over your budget at about $450 a piece. With an Xmax of 56mm the move a ton of air.
