Tribe Called Bass
I know the definition and such but not really sure what's so great about them?
Skullz
Greater motor force using less material which = less weight hanging off the basket. The drawback is it loses force as heat is applied, while there are some that can get very high heat before losing magnetic force. https://www.kjmagnetics.com/neomaginfo.asp 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
hdorre
I got mine partially because of efficiency. Between that and the fact that they take 300 watts per, they scream. I wouldnt worry much about the heat. Different grades of neo have different temperatures ratings that are rather high. Higher than what your subwoofer coils would allow before the glue would fail on the winding of your voice coil and would unravel.
