I was just wondering if Scott would ever consider making shallow subs? I have 2 18's for my mazda, but if I want to put subs in my ram truck there is no room and I'm not going to just throw a box on the back seat. I'm not putting down pioneer, alpine or rockford, i have ran all of them but in my opinion nothing really hits like Fi. If he was to ever build them I think all he would need to make is just a single 10.

Thanx for the Time,

Jay

I would doubt it. Just think of the expense of starting a new line from scratch? How many people are looking for a shallow mount sub? Would it be profitable or just a pain in the ass?

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

kingsuv i think the market for them is huge.

theres people with regular cab trucks and extended cab trucs and even 4 door trucks with LIMITED room, exspecially in the chevrolets and fords that would love to have a shallow Fi woofer especially if they didnt wanna cut the bed or remove or raise their back seats. i know ive done numerous builds where i wish i had shallow subs to work with because of limited space.

took what i was gonna say. i dont see too many people buying shallows or 8s anymore so...cost to make vs profit will not be very marginal
