techaninna
Well today I used some expanding foam to tapper mounting blocks down to baffle height. Still have to shape and then more resin/mat to strengthen the foam. Hopefully I will be attempting kitty hair then filler by Wednesday. Rebuild coming soon
techaninna
Well I only got about an hour of work into today. I shaped the foam down then resin and mat over it. Then I applied the first coat of kitty hair followed by brief sanding. My camera died so thats all I got today. Rebuild coming soon

techaninna
Now I wasn't going for a flashy glossy look but more of a factory look but a little bit tough. Well feels like I've been sanding for weeks but here is my progress. after 3rd coat of body filler and one coat of filler primer then sanded once Here it is all ready to go get painted Here is cell pic of first coat of paint. It was hit with two coats of fine black texture paint then two coats of black. It ended up being a little darker than my interior trim but similar in texture. Also battery came in too. Hopefully getting installed tomorrow HOPEFULLY..... Rebuild coming soon
